In the event that a customer cancels their tour at least 30 days beforehand, according to the tour's time zone, they will receive a refund of 75% of the total amount. . In the event that a customer cancels their tour between 29 to 15 days beforehand, according to the tour's time zone, they are entitled to receive a 50% refund of the tour price. However, no refund will be made available if a customer cancels their tour within 14 days beforehand, according to the tour's time zone, or if they do not show up for their scheduled tour.
