As an optional addition, you can indulge in an exclusive session focused on the various cuts of tuna. In this session, you'll have the opportunity to explore and savor 10 distinct parts of this prized fish, gaining a deeper understanding of its flavors and textures.

1 - Cooking Time

Let's start cooking together.

Max will share the special recipe of Takoyaki that he originated. He practiced with many French tourists to find the golden ratio of ingredients.

His practice made the taste even better than typical Japanese Takoyaki.

If you have kids, it must be a very nice cooking experience.

2 - Pairing & Tasting Time

Max is a knowledgeable host who can recommend drinks based on your preferences and explain the differences in taste.

Additionally, Max can provide wine upon request. If you're interested in trying local alcohol, we highly recommend trying Sake.

You can enjoy your drinks in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

And, if you prefer non-alcoholic drinks, Max can also provide those upon request non-alcoholic drinks.

Max is a local who has been living in Japan for 8 years with his Japanese wife.

As a certified guide, he enjoys sharing his knowledge about Japanese culture and history with visitors.

He is also happy to talk about the daily life in Japan.

By the end of the tour, you will have gained much knowledge about Japan, as well as cooking!

This plan includes:

  • The sake pairing set (2 bottles - unlimited servings)

  • + 1 bottle of Bourgogne Aligoté 2021

        ( 75cl - domaine Gauffroy - Aligoté white)

This Bourgogne Aligoté has been selected by the chef.
Possibility to replace with other wines with an extra fee.

He has lived in Japan for almost 10 years and has great knowledge about Japanese drinks.
